Are you talking about a Linux distro from bootable USB? If so, most likely as long as you're not storing lots of media files (pictures, music, videos). Otherwise I'm not sure if 64GB would be enough to really take advantage of all of the features of Windows. Technically you COULD...I have an old surface 3 with 64GB and it runs Windows 10 and I have some MS office files on it, but most everything I store to Google Drive. Hope this helps!
