We have several of these for my kids. They are all under my account, and they automatically include the other kids profiles on each machine as well. This takes up some of the very precious 8GB storage.
The charger cable for one of them stopped working and apparently it is considered an "accessory" so it is not covered under amazon's or best buy's warrantees. That is a bad policy. But it happened within the 14 day best buy return time so best buy gave me a new cable off the shelf to replace the broken one. That was good of best buy.
They are good machines that perform well. The free trial of free time is something my kids will miss when it expires.

Easy installation, cloned my failing hard drive and automatically switched the boot drive to the new one. Performance is not super high end, but it is fine for my use.
