This is one of the worst computers I've ever had. I had this computer for 16 days when it completely stopped working. At the sixteenth day of having it, it just stopped working and wouldn't reboot. I tried many different things including reinstalling Windows but the computer refused to get out of the blue screen it was stuck on. That same day I took it to Best Buy and they couldn't help because according to them it was over their 15 day return or exchange policy so, I was stuck with a brand new computer that did not work.
