I bought this as an open box so didn't have anything but the player and remote. Really great image quality, wide range of adjustments but a clunky remote that I still don't know the extent of how to adjust performance. Picture so good it looks 3D without using 3D function. Blu-rays upscale to 4K quality but not nearly as good at upscaling regular DVDs--well, you can get them to look very good but have to fiddle with picture quality adjustments a lot. All tinkering has to go through the remote as the buttons are basically on-off only. While all isn't perfect, picture so good it rates 5 stars.

Its IPS technology provides consistent viewing quality of movies and games from any angle, and it displays fast-paced scenes seamlessly with its 5 ms GTG response time. Use this flexible LG LED monitor in different viewing setups thanks to its pivot function and height-adjustable stand.

I tried a Samsung UN32J5500 TV and the picture was lousy. This LG monitor has everything I wanted in a size that fit my space and a matte finish on the screen to boot. I exclusively watch discs (cannot tolerate commercials at all any more) and Blu-rays look fantastic (dvds not so much.) Fairly expensive but if picture quality matters to you worth every penny. Next wish 4k player....
Samsung J5500 Series UN32J5500AFXZA LED Smart HDTV: Turn your bedroom or small entertainment room into a home theater. Plus, you can wirelessly connect with smartphones and tablets to play videos and other content on the big screen.
generally good picture but hard to fine tune. foreground sharp with decent, but not great color, and background fuzzy with weak color with too much contrast. Also up scaling reg. DVD to 1080p not show as good as on my much older tv even with Samsung blu-ray player. If they'd make them this small should have got 4k tho this almost too big for the space I've got.
As with previous seasons O B takes a bit to grab you but when it does it doesn't let go. An interesting look back this season to fill in some original story lines though not boring or repetitive. I'm looking forward to the next and final season.... Along with "Person of Interest" the best TV since re-imagined Battlestar Galactica IMHO.
The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, and The Bourne Ultimatum are packaged together in this set. Each is presented with a wealth of special features including deleted scenes and director commentary.
wanted this in my collection forever. But paid $40 (only one avail. at given store) when another version was on sale for $25 and since the cheaper version was packaged differently they wouldn't make any adjustments SOL
includes the mini series as well as season 1, arguably the best. The blu-ray version is not all one would expect from blu-ray but doesn't detract from the overall experience

Can you wake up to the radio, instead of the buzzer, and if so, can you set the radio volume loud enough that it will wake up a person who is hard of hearing?
if you move the alarm button all the way to the right it will wake you to the radio and moving the volume dial all the way up should wake up even the heavy sleeper/hard of hearing
