Love the oven - but have a issue with even heating

I love all of the features. The elements don't heat food as fast as our old oven.
Major issue we are having at the moment,is that food in the top oven is not cooking evenly. pizza, pies, cookies are burning on the right side of the oven and are undercooked on the left. Very noticeable difference. Samsung is sending out a tech to check the oven. If that issue gets resolved, I would give 5 stars.

This replaced a firidgadare wine cooler that broke after 15 years. I looked all the choices to replace it that were a similar size. Most cost thousands of dollars or were very poorly rated. This had dual zone controls.
The best thing, is that this one runs quieter than the old one. We haven't even heard the compressor turn on.
The downside is that it is a special order for best buy. But it arrived sooner than expected.
