When I first saw the description of this computer I was a little skeptical of what exactly the Intel Core Ultra 9 was and what it could do. Well I'm here to tell you that this computer is an absolute beast. Everything about this computer kicks it up to 11. The rumors about the RTX 40 series of graphics chips are true. these things offer supremely detailed graphics and optimize even some of the more basic games. I played Team Fortress 2 (a game that's almost 20 years old) and it looked incredible. in the same sitting I loaded up one of the newest and hottest games right now: Helldivers 2, and the detail and beauty was simply astonishing. But the graphics chip shouldn't get all the credit for that, The crystal clear OLED 16" screen offers an awesomely sized view so you can hit tough shots or just take in beautiful scenery. Couple this with the speaker system that this computer has and you get amazing immersion on the go! The software that the computer comes with for customizing the way the computer operates is pretty intuitive and makes it easy to throttle things back when you don't need all that power or to push it into turbo for those high-end, sweat inducing gaming sessions. But with everything good that I can say about this laptop there are also a few drawbacks.
First, because it does have one heck of an engine going on within, it tends to get rather loud and awfully hot, especially when doing anything graphically intensive. It's not that the computer cannot handle these tasks but you pay for it in sound and heat. It will however mitigate the heat rather quickly once the tasks are over. but I wouldn't recommend having this thing sitting on a flat surface for too long if you're going to be doing any heavy gaming. The second thing is that while the keyboard is cool with all the flashy lights, it's not something I would use for actually doing the gaming. The main heat point is just under the top center f the keyboard and it makes it kind of uncomfortable if you plan on using any of the keys in the center of the keyboard during times when the processor is really cooking (pun intended) The trackpad while ample (which is nice for more mundane tasks) gets in the way a lot when doing any kind of keyboard use for gaming purposes. (my thumb hit it more often than I would like) And lastly, The computer came with only 1TB of hard drive space. most wouldn't see this as much of a problem and for me its not a deal breaker, BUT with games nowadays topping 80-100GB a game, that doesn't leave much room for a lot of games onboard. Like I said, not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind These are the only reasons that I didn't give this 5 stars. Otherwise if you are looking for a mobile powerhouse of a gaming laptop you can't get much better than this one.

The Crucial X9 Pro for Mac is a must have for people on the go. As a Mac user I'm always perplexed at the rising cost of storage space on a new Mac. So I'm always looking for alternatives. However, finding reliable, comparable, and most importantly portable (I have a MacBook Pro and take it EVERYWHERE!) extra storage can be a bit of a challenge. Then I was introduced to the Crucial X9 Pro. It was made for Mac so I figured It would at least be easy to incorporate into my ecosystem.I'm glad I did. For starters, Its small. Roughly the size of an AirPods Pro case and only 1/3 as thick. this allows me to stick in my pants pocket (or even that small pocket in a pair of jeans that nobody even uses anymore!). It's plug and play, no downloads needed. I was able to use it right out of the box being that it was already formatted for my Mac. It is apparently useable for newer iPads and iPhones, sadly it will not work on my iPhone 14 Pro because it is not USB-C. however this has not stopped me from using this 2TB extra storage to hold all the music and video files I have and read and write speeds so fast I can work on the files straight off the drive with barely a notice to and lag in updating! It's such a great little addition to my Mac, and more affordable than upgrading the storage when buying a new Mac. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is needing more storage space but doesn't want to have to buy a new Mac and pay the premium for extra storage.

Gaming on the go has never been stylish. From its compact interlocking stored design (complete with storage bag) to the detailed paint scheme, the Turtle Beach Atom offers an almost perfect experience when it comes to mobile gaming. In my hands the controls have a soft yet sturdy plastic that will hold up to hours of play. The buttons are very responsive and the sticks are quick and light. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a very good battery life and amazingly simple setup with Bluetooth. The only caveat I have is the phone fit. The controller comes with pads for size adjustment for phones in cases and out. However even with a relatively thin MagSafe case on my iPhone I find it difficult to fit in the controller in a way that feels secure. So I have resorted to taking it out of the case to play. Once I do that it does seem to increase the feel to be more secure. For this I’m subtracting a star from the review. As versatility should be taken into account when buying one of these. Your results may vary depending on your phone case or lack there of. But other than that this case really does work very well. I would recommend it to people as long as they understand that the case on their phone may hinder the fit of the phone between the controllers.

Worth the meals with a moderate learning curve.

When first unboxing the Multicooker I was expecting something a little larger. It does have a small counter space footprint, for people with smaller kitchens. However when cooking some things (like pizza) I found that the size was a detriment to the portioning of such options. Others, like chicken and pasta, worked well if you are keeping all eating to one helping. In this case it's good for keeping everyone eating proper portion sizes and not overeating. It is deceivingly larger on the inside and you'll notice this most when using the airfry option. However I would recommend that you not make toast in it (an option it offers), not because it doesn't toast well (it certainly does) but because you need an oven mitt and/or tongs to take the toast out of the tray. It seems a bigger hassle than toast is really worth. My only other gripe with this unit is that the instructions are far too generic for my liking and lead to really ambiguous cook times for many items, and (most noticeably) if you want to cook things that may not exactly fit into the preplanned layout that comes in the quickstart guide. I find myself heading to the internet to find pages that offer options and suggestions from others who've experimented with this more than I have (and probably ruined a good portion of their own meals) in order to find the best temps and times for items not listed. That being said they do offer a decent quantity of preplanned meals to choose from in getting the hang of the multi-cooker and the basics of how it operates.
Overall it's not a bad unit. It cooks surprisingly fast and efficiently. Especially if you're in a hurry but have the meal preplanned. Cooking two things at once definitely cuts down on my cooking time and allows me to know that both will be done in unison (so I don't over or undercook one or the other).Size certainly comes into play when determining how many people you're feeding and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone cooking for more than 3-4 adults max. I certainly will be using it often, however I will be scouring the internet as well to search for better options on ingredients that cook well together in this as the option map that they have for it makes it feel much more limiting that I think its potential really is.

Western Digital delivers a solid and reliable expansion for the newest Xbox iterations. Offering up one terabyte of extra storage space on a series X it doubles capacity and series S it triples it. That’s a lot of extra games! Formatting is a breeze and transfer time isn’t even an issue as it’s practically seamless. It also comes with a handy loop on the back for clipping to smaller clips, and a cover to protect the input for transporting. I do have one gripe as to an add on with this product. The drive came with a free month of Xbox game pass ultimate. However when I entered the code in (and checked it twice) it came up as the code wasn’t found. This has happened to me on other occasions with other products and it’s usually because the code was already used or it was invalid. Either way having to contact the seller and then get shuffled to Microsoft to get a new code. That aside, as it’s not the main product, it is a great product and would highly recommend it for anyone looking to expand their storage for games, clips, and saves.

For a Sony product I expected more. That's not to say that this little speaker doesn't do its job. It connects really easily and is ultra portable. The sound quality is decent, however it has trouble with kick drums or thumping bass at volumes over 50%. Call quality when using it to make phone calls is fine and the voices are crisp on my end and my voice was clear to the person on the other end. The strap on the side allows for good portability and allows me to hang it in places even on myself. which is nice when you're moving around. This is especially good because the speaker itself really shines in small to medium spaces and would not fair well in larger spaces due to the fact that at full volume it seems to strain on both ends of the spectrum for sound. The fact that it's waterproof makes it an idea showermate when you want to karaoke in the shower. I did download the "Sony Music Center" and "Fiestables" apps to see about additional functionality. The Music App allowed for me to see the battery level of the speaker (which is not available on the unit itself) But other than that it added no extra functionality to the speaker that I couldn't get out of my native music app. The Fiestable app was completely worthless when it came to speaker functionality and usage. Overall while I like this fun little speaker due it it's high portability, its lack of punching up to a larger sound within the Sony branding leaves me underwhelmed. College dorm, bathroom, bedroom, all good spaces for this; outdoors or larger spaces should look to find a speaker that will be able to handle sounds at a higher volume.

The HP Omen is by far one of the biggest gaming monitors I’ve had. And its size is a wonderfully refreshing thing to have for my aging eyes. The setup was quick and easy and the stand is solid though because of the sheer size there is a little wobble. It’s the first curved monitor I’ve been able to use and the ability to be able to see more without having to turn my head is a game changer. The color is precise and the options available for adjusting the resolution are adequate. Peak brightness is exquisite though it will revert a bit for optimal response time. Sadly my computer graphics card is not high end enough to take advantage of the highest sharpness level, but even so everything was crisp and clean looking. Response time is on par with market expectations and there was no perceivable input lag. Just for the heck of it I went and hooked it up to my Xbox series x as well and with just a small amount of tinkering to get the picture properly displayed this monitor went to task letting me rip through both computer and console gaming with almost seamless transition due to its multiple inputs. Overall this monitor delivers in quality while giving an abundance of screen real estate.

Having switched over recently from an iMac to a MacBook Pro, I noticed that I missed having that desktop feel. Enter the j5create laptop stand. With a very solid metal build, it doesn’t come off as flimsy at all useful in many different positions. It also has soft rubber grips on the stand, allowing for the computer to remain in place even at high angles. It allows me to change heights with ease, and not feel like the product is going to break at any time. The port expanding box that fits neatly underneath the stand allows me to use older products with a USB-A port; something that you cannot do on a MacBook Pro. It also offers an extra HDMI port so that I can expand my monitoring capabilities. Lastly it has a pass through USB-C port so you don’t lose the original port you plug into. Probably one of the most underrated aspects of the stand is the fact that it folds up into a very small portable form factor which allows me to stick this in a book bag and take it anywhere just in case I feel like I might need more space in school or at a coffee shop. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a well-made stand that offers port expansions for older devices as well as extra monitoring capabilities in a very slim form factor, but sturdily built this is the product you should buy hands-down.

This headset is very middle of the road to put it bluntly. As far as comfort goes it’s a tad on the small side for those with bigger heads but the for the rest of us the earpieces are comfortable even for extended play. The sound quality while using with the Xbox was a bit off as I felt as if the sound was unbalanced between headphones. This only seemed to occur when being used for video games as it seemed more balanced when used in conjunction with my phone as Bluetooth headphones. Mic-wise the boom mic was incredibly low volume according to the many people that I played with online. When detached the built in mic seemed to work much better at catching my voice. Over all the headset seemed to be very clunky with adjusting volume and mix control. A nondescript, multidirectional control on the right headphone is meant to control these but there wasn’t any instructions to direct how to use it. There IS an app that seems vital to the proper use of the headset and once downloaded to your phone helps to set EQ and volume control. (However for all the setting available I still could not fix the seemingly unbalanced in-game sound) Overall I don’t think I would purchase these or recommend them considering the various alternatives on the market. Not without merit but still there are better options.

This bag has almost everything you would need for a large laptop bag. Ample pocket space for all your peripherals, and cables. Padded shoulder straps for longer carries. Even a small hidden compartment in the back for valuables. A couple things that I noticed however that kept this from being a five star item. One is the lack of padding at the bottom of the bag; this means that you have to be a bit more careful when setting the bag down because any electronics may suffer damage from a rough set down. Also the tablet pocket is a bit small for larger iPads or tablets if you already have them in a protective case. I noticed my iPad Pro 12.9 in a case would not fit in the tablet pocket. Also while I did not have the ability to try it out, there was no indication whether or not this bag was water proof or resistant. So if you buy this beware that any electronics may be subject to water damage if the bag is exposed to rain or snow. Altogether the bag is comfortable and very generous with space. Just be careful of the safety concerns when it comes to jostling your electronics or using this bag in inclement weather conditions.

It does have Bluetooth and connecting things like mice and such is only a couple taps and a few seconds of waiting!

Does this Chromebook come with stable android apps ? Can you get to facebook, words with friendss etc.?
It does facilitate the google play store and runs very much like a tablet. The apps are mostly quick and responsive. Some of the higher work load ones tend to be just a hair laggy but for the most part it’s a nice efficient laptop.

One picture shows a stylus but text does not mention it. Does the stylus come standard with it, and, if so, does the stylus have its own stow away slot?
Why yes it does come with its own stylus! Which was a real treat (having purchased other computers that said they did and then didn’t) it’s non capacitive which means you don’t need a battery for it. (Another bonus)

The store itself is pre installed. In fact that is where most of the apps for this computer will come from, I just downloaded Minecraft. It’s awesome.

Can it handle editing software
I’m not sure what kind of editing software you are referencing but in my experience in music production and some graphic arts I found that overall celeron processors are not the work horse of the serious artist. This computer is mainly about portability and entertainment. It will run games and movies but if you are looking for something that will have the processing capabilities of a pro, I would recommend something with a Core i5 or better.
