Seems to work fairly well. I wish they'd have designed the end adapter to have a positive attachment to the socket, like a thread and collar tightening mechanism. It seems a little bit tenuous, but is ok for use with devices that don't move.

The tripod legs seem a bit short for my iphone 6s/7/8 size phone. Seems like the 'plus' size phones will have a tougher time. Also, and probably my main issue, is that I have to take my phone case off in order to seat the plug in the lightning socket. And, of course, if you're using this device you cannot use a charger. I would rather have a tripod with a side-to-side clamp that would accommodate a case and allow use of accessories with the lightning socket.

Who is kind of rough on her phone. I was a little surprised to find this was a one-piece design, with a more rigid rubber/plastic back section. The phone pops into this very snugly, giving on the feeling that it won't easily or randomly come off during her use. I'm continually amazed that people will spend hundreds of dollars on a very expensive phone (more than a lot of laptops cost!) and then walk around with shattered screens because they wouldn't spend a few tens of dollars on good accessories to protect it.

Is it possible to plug this into a guitar amplifier and then connect to a pair of Beats bluetooth headphones? I picked up this product today and have been trying to do it and can't get it figured out.
This is a receiver. What you would need is a transmitter type device. Effectively, you are trying to push you signal through the device in the wrong direction, and it is a one-way device. I would also like something that would take wired input and then send it via Bluetooth to another device, but this product is not useful for that. Best of Luck.

I’m using this device to input music from an Alexa into a receiver for a home sound system . It woks but sometimes the music fades intermittently. I know it’s the Bluetooth connection because when it’s disconnected it plays fine on the Alexa .advise, thx
First, I'm just another consumer who bought one of these, not a Best Buy person. I'd recommend a component-swap to diagnose further. Does it work with other bluetooth devices, like your cell phone? If so, then it is the connectivity. If not, the device is bad. Mine seems to work without the issue you describe, but I am not using Alexa. Bluetooth is usually only good for 25-30 ft. unobstructed, so make sure there is line of sight between the devices, or if there are walls, cabinets, and especially if there is a lot of metal, then the two devices are going to have to be closer. My general rule of thumb, is to use wired connections if at all possible, because wireless is subject to interference. Best of Luck!

I just bought this brand new dryer. Steam kit as well. All connected and first time I put a laundry load to dry, it's taking over 2 hours and still not all my laundry is completely dry. Why??
