Very disappointing

I purchased two Geek Squad refurbished Apple Watches Series 2. One came in an original box and looked great. The other came rolled up in some bubble wrap. The second had visible scratches on the lens surface and there was residue on the strap that looked like it had been worn, taken off and sent to me. I returned the second one the next day. Very disappointing.
