gear fit continous re-boot sent back to Samsung

Item went into a continuous re-boot loop. Samsung store in best buy where I bought it, would not do a change out or refund, had to send back to Samsung for repairs, so no gear fit while it is being worked on.
This is the second one that has happened to, still no fix.
