Put the iron away and forget the dry cleaners. This Samsung dryer will steam the wrinkles out of clothes and leave all your laundry fresh and odor-free.

The washer drys out the clothes significantly, so the actual drying job for this dryer is very light. I use the 'wrinkle prevent' and love it. You can take the clothes out and just wear them. And they seem to keep out wrinkles for a long time after the cycle. Love this feature. It does add on another 20 mins to the drying cycle though.

Achieve the purest clean. This Samsung washer steams the dirt, bacteria and allergens right out of clothing, linens and more. It also sanitizes itself automatically, without using any harsh chemicals.

Pros:
1. It weighs the load to adjust times, even though the selection shows a certain time for each kind of cycle.
2. There is a Child lock, so those little fingers cant do anything once the washer is locked and on.
3. Clothes come out virtually dry. All reviews have stated this,its true and a much appreciated pro. Sometimes when the load is small I can dry out the things on a stand, and it takes about an hour to dry them out completely.
4. Drains well. No left over water in the detergent/bleach compartments.

1. The buttons are digital touch, so there is no feeling of pushing buttons. Can be finicky sometimes.
2. Cannot change the settings (adjust time etc) once the washer is on.
3. If the child lock was enabled during the wash, you would have to turn the washer power back on to unlock the child lock, and then open the door, if you wait till the end of the cycle and power shuts off.
4. Some deep stains have been left behind. I use Persil 2-in-1, and Resolve. Results might vary when using another detergent, but not sure by how much.
5. Loooong cycles. Especially if you use the sanitize or allergen cycles. I like to run household underwear in the sanitize cycle, but the loads are usually small and it seems like a waste of resources, and not so good for the clothes to be soaking for 2 1/2 hrs. For some reason, it does not seem to weigh the load and adjust time on a sanitize cycle.

IMPORTANT * I initially had a problem with water left over in the detergent/bleach compartments. After every cycle, I noticed water back up all the way to top of the cups, then the Geek Squad guy (thank goodness, we took the ext. warranty), told us that the blue compartment separator should always be in, because though a plastic one, it creates a siphoning effect to drain excess water. Before he told us that, I did not think we needed it in there, because I hardly used bleach.
Also, make sure the water pipe coming out from the back form the washer does not have too much of a 'dip'. Apparently that causes some trouble with the draining.

The card was purchased with a BB gift card I received for buying washer and dryer, and a phone. So essentially it was free. Purchased the card, went home and bought the PC version of Minecraft. Easy breezy. The card is the exact same price as the game, so no monies leftover/required to spend.

Balancing
Is this washer supposed to be like its unbalanced each load and then balances itself? Also, the latch hook on the door is loose but won't tighten anymore, is that normal?
Supposedly there are little iron or steel balls in the drum that will automatically balance loads. So if clothes get pushed to one side, the ball move to the other side to balance off the load.
The latch hook should click into place. Not sure if the washer considers it locked without this.
