No complaints about this washing machine. My wife and I work out every morning and it is very convenient to come home throw our gym clothes in the top washer and wash that small load up top. The ability to wash two loads at one time is also a plus I would definitely recommend this washer.

Smooth installation

My wife and I purchased a Topload Samsung washer in July and after about a week of using it we realized that it wasn't working for us. So we went back to Best Buy and bought The newest Front Load. Since we were doing a refund with a new purchase Best Buy was able to pick up the old washer and delivery and install the new one. This was an extremely smooth exchange transaction and installation. The installation technicians were in and out.
