Fan Ventilation system does not work

I will have a Third Samsung Microwave oven installed on November 30th, 2016 because the Fan Ventilation system does not work. The installers must follow the step-by-step installation guide to adapt the Microwave blower for recirculation back into the room which is how I must use the vent system. They must also install the charcoal filter system which according to the user manual must be changed every 6 to 12 months. There is NO Charcoal Filter in the exhaust system. Samsung states that this is a very powerful yet extremely quite ventilation system. It is extremely Loud and it does not have any suction at all. Steam just covers the front of the microwave. I so hope the third one will be installed correctly if it is an installation problem. If It is a product defect it is a really big one!

To be fair to the installers we had to turn the water off to the whole house in order to fix a turn off at the refrigerator. The Plumber was working on replacing the turn off at the refrigerator and he was almost finished but they had to get onto another job. I refused to sign their installation papers until the water could be turned back on and the dishwasher tested to make sure it was running properly. They had to come back the next day.

Have an Installer quickly and professionally connect your Refrigerator to an existing water supply line. We will install a manufacturer supplied water filter or new water filter, if purchased. We will also level the new appliance and demonstrate the basic operation.

They did not hook it up to the water line

To be fair to the installers, the shut off value broke and I had to call in a plumber to fix it. He came right away and was working on the problem but they did not want to wait for him to finish. They said it was easy to do and that we and the plumber could do it. They had to get onto another installation job. They wanted me to sign there installation forms stating that everything was installed to my satisfaction and I refused and told them to come back the next day when the Refrigerator was hooked up to the water lines and I could make sure there were no leaks and the ice maker was working.

Very nice looking and very quite. It is so quite you really can not hear it at all unless you put your ear to the dishwasher to hear if it is still in the wash or dry cycle. I have extremely large dinner plates and this one handles them great. I love how much I can load into it. My old dish washer was 21 years old and it was still working perfectly when I gave it away. I hope this one will last at least half that long,

so very, very nice looking. I do alot of cooking and baking so it will get a work out. It did a great job of cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I store large pans in the botton pull out drawer and they got oven HOT in that drawer when I was baking the turkey. So, you don't want to put anything in that drawer that isn't oven proof. The Big negative about this oven is the same thing I fell in love with the first time I saw it. The big professional looking Knobs on the front of the oven. They make the stove look like a professional stove but they turn on so very, very easy. This is not a stove to have if you have young children or even teenagers in your kitchen. Since it is usually just me in the kitchen I have learned to be very careful around them.

I really like it but I do wish it had more shelf height adjustments. There is no way to make a shelf height that is heigh enough to put a gallon or half gallon of milk, or wine or anyother tall items. The "in the door" bottom shelves are the only ones you have for these items and a gallon of milk is all this space can hold. Also if you turn the ice maker off it takes hours before it will restart to make ice again. Very quite and very good looking. Love the French doors and the little soft ding ring if a door has been left open.

ventilation fan feature does not work at all

Great looking and great features. I couldn't believe that the slim fry feature really made "real" french Fries and they were so good. But, I will have the 3rd replacement one delivered and installed and I am so hoping that this time the Ventilation fan feature will work. They claim that it is a powerful ventilation system that quickly and quietly eliminates steam, fumes and odors and that it is nearly silent. IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY "SUCTION" AND IT IS EXTREMELY LOUD. I showed the installers how bad it is by boiling water and the steam from the pan of water was so bad on the front of the microwave that it had drops of water running down the front of the microwave and dripping onto my new ceramic cook top stove. It is supppose to have a charcoal filter that has to be changed ever 6 to 12 months if the ventilation system is vented back into the room. There is no charcoal filter. With such a serious problem you would think Samsung would know about this by now. Has anyone else out there had this problem?
