Upgraded from the forerunner 15. Love everything about the watch. Only negative would be sleep tracking. You can set the watch for your usual bedtime but if you're still up and you lie still on the couch, it will think you're sleeping. If you wake up the night and get up, go back to bed but don't fall asleep for a while, it will think you're asleep. It also doesn't track any daytime naps. I didn't get the watch to track my sleep so it's not a big deal but for the price of the watch and it's heart tracking feature, you'd think it would do a better job.
