Dance cardio for more experienced people

If you do not have a dance background this video might take a while to master. There are four combination sequences to learn and for someone with no dance background their a lot to remember or lengthy. It takes patience and determination to remember the combinations. Once you get them down this video Is quite a workout.

Tracy is hard to follow when you first start these 15 minute sessions. Her prompting of change to the next move is late. But once you get use to the routine, it becomes easier and fun to do.
