Avoid this Keyboard case from Zagg

I purchased this product for my freshman in high school, and it did not last even 30-days. The initial item that broke was the setting to keep the screen in a standing up position while using the keyboard. Within a week after the initial break, the plastic around the hinges broke off as well. I attempted to return the item, and I was informed by Best Buy that the manufacturer does not allow them to take the items back for a refund. I have had to deal with the manufacturer, who is agreeing to provide a credit on their website for another Zagg item, but they will not provide a refund. My son also informed me that other students at his school have had the same problems with this product. We purchased another manufacturers keyboard cash, and we will avoid this item from Zagg in the future.
