So the remote that came with my TV at the time of purchase was beyond difficult to use as it was curved, very slick and thin.

Well after it was dropped a couple of times the heat sink started to rattle in it, making it even more annoying.

So I went out to buy a universal remote when I ran into a Samsung rep in Best Buy and he pointed me straight to this remote.

I love it, it does everything the factory remote does, its just easier to use and see.
