This is our first toaster oven and we think it is great. Does a good job and is easy to clean. The roll up door makes it easy to load and empty. Sliding wire racks are also a good feature. The temperature dial is easy to turn but hard to read the setting point. The timer dial is very stiff and when you do toast the instructions tell you to turn to 10 then back to "toast" setting. Why? Why not just turn it tio the desired toast setting?
What's great about it: Roll top type door, easy oven access.
What's not so great: dials are not easy to read and are very stiff.
I would recommend this to a friend!
