The TV has a really good picture. However, we are struggling with the poor sound quality. Also, had a lot of difficulty connecting it to our home network. Had to Google what to do, as apparently others have had the same issue. Once connected, no further issues with this.

The picture is remarkably good for the price. However, the sound is quite poor. We do like how it is also a smart TV. It connected to our home network easily, but stated download wasn't available (wouldn't connect to the internet). We had to Google how to correct this (restore it back to factory default settings, unplug it for a minute, and then start over)
