This Garmin fenix 3 Sapphire watch fits most wrist sizes and tracks steps taken, distance traveled and sleep quality. Fitness and outdoor enthusiasts appreciate the omnidirectional EXO antenna with GPS/GLONASS satellite reception because it performs better than standard GPS in challenging locations. -Classic style
-GPS Tracking is excellent. Golf application is probably the best IMO
-Great technical data for running.
-I use it mtn biking and have it mounted right on my bars to keep track of distance/pace/Heart rate to know when to push harder etc.
-Battery life ~1week tracking 1-2 activities daily (however my backlight doesn't work so that will probably use more)

-Does not auto sync and it can't be set up to do so periodically.
-Doesn't pair/sync with Strava
-Doesn't have a generic "workout" application for weight lifting or if you want to do your own custom excercises

Overall probably the best/most accurate activity tracker out there and you definitely pay for it. However i think i could have gone with the FitBit HR or one of their more adcanced modules and gotten the same basic information I need for my training. They say the chest heart rate monitor is more accurate but it can be obnoxious to always worry about throwing it on for every activity. As a male it can be kind of awkward an you'll definitely catch some slack from your buddies about "wearing a bra".
