I installed the product on my MS SurfacePro 3, LOW and BEHOLD, my SP3 isn't operating anymore. BLANK BLUE SCREEN. ... SO I TOOK it in for service and TECH UNABLE TO uninstall OR RESTORE .... if ANYONE KNOWS how to troubleshoot or restore my device, please LET ME KNOW.
