It was easy to install. There has been no down time or need for rebooting. My cable provider requires the DOCSIS 3.0 to obtain the faster speeds they advertise. My speeds did improve, but not as much as the cable company said. Price was less than if I had bought from the provider. No problems with the equipment.

Touch screen works well and accurately, HDMI lets me hook up to the TV with no problem. Bluetooth connects seamlessly to external speakers and music sounds great. I really like the keyboard. Much better than other computers I use. Storage is more than adequate. DVD works quietly. Only drawback is Windows 8, but that is not the fault of the computer.
