the unit volume went to full and we couldnt get it to go down. had to schedule another appointment where we were told it was most likely a issue with the stereo itself. I have the same unit in another car and have had no issues.

I bought this unit for my wives car after I had one installed in my truck. She had it in for one day and called to tell me it wasn't working correctly. We had to go back and have the installers fix the issue. We will see if the issue has been fixed in the days to come.
