For the price I got it for, I can not complain, and it does look pretty good.
It should easily handle a bigger TV than 55". I dare say a 70" or even 80" would be ok, but one might want to use the wall anchor on it. It will depend on your TV's weight. An older TV would be much heavier for the same size as a new LCD one, and I think that's why the 'limit' of size instead of weight... easier to tell people that, yes? :)
Now, you don't have to use the stand to hold the TV, as you can also use it to hold the components, and hang the TV on the wall. That bracket setup will *easily* handle a much bigger TV than the stand would. So there's that for ya. And you can also just forego the raised mount and plonk the TV on the top shelf, if it fits on it. They say up to 155 pounds, so a small child could stand on it. Don't do that, but hey, there it is.
The unit looks good overall, as long as you don't mind the darker color scheme of black and dark brown. It's fine for me! However, I don't know if it's my fault or the stand itself, but it has a... tilt to the shelves... or maybe the TV... I don't know, the relation is obviously off. I'll continue to investigate if I bother... mostly don't care, the TV seems level, and I'm just not that into investigating it further, rather watch the TV. :) Still, because it's either slightly flawed due to shipping/storage/my ham hands or whatever, I can't give it the full 5. There's no real adjusting to do that I can see, the shelves mount one way and you move to the next step. If I could give it a 4.5, definitely, but they don't let me do that.
Regarding assembly, you'll want plenty of room to play in, but the box comes with *everything* you need except a couple of tools that most have. Screwdriver, razor will be needed. I went and used a rachet and socket hex tool instead of the included allen wrenches because hand hurt avoidance.
It even comes with a paint pen to fix flaws if you scratch it up. How cool is that, right?
So if you need/want a fairly inexpensive for the performance/looks, sturdy, capable, decent looking TV stand... this here's pretty good stuff!

Whether or not you have a Ford, Chevy, Maserati, or even a DeLorean with Time Machine option, these Metra speaker harness adapters are the BOMB.
I mean, just look at them. LOOK AT THEM, I TELL YOU. They are sleek, well made, and the colors..!
It just screams function. And sleekness. And performance. And whatever else you need to have them scream, they'll likely do it.
They'll add an easy 5-10 HP to your engine, make your interior smell like vanilla and cinnamon, and will increase your driving skill by a factor of 3.
If you don't buy a pair, or two, or 20, then you are a fool.
Oh, and they work very well for hooking up door and package tray speaker wires to the speakers, all without cutting or splicing the original factory Ford harness, should you be attempting that. But you will want to examine your factory connectors, for there's another, rounder connecter that may be used on your Ford.
But that's not important. What is important is the fact that I now know kung-fu, thanks to these things being in my possession.

I was using a regular laptop bag with a shoulder strap, which was ok, but saw this backpack. For the price and how it'd work for me (which was to be on a motorcycle if needed) I decided to take a chance. I regret nothing, in that it's a better way to carry my laptop in the first place, compared to the bag, and I won't be going back. It also holds two 20oz bottles in the side pockets, and has so many pockets, I feel I am not ever going to use it to its full potential.
The only knock on it is that I don't think it's waterproof, so I can't ride the motorcycle in the rain with it.
I myself do not use the MP3 player connection, but I had visions of trying it out while on the motorcycle one day.
In any event, I like this backpack as a general backpack with laptop holding capabilities. It's a great backpack, buy it!

I was having a large amount of trouble with wireless in the environment I had to deal with. I could not get a decent signal, or the routers I used would lock up, or so many various issues, with various routers. I got this as yet another attempt to solve the problem... and solve it, it did! The internet connection is solid for all devices, it hasn't locked up, and there has been zero complaints about the wireless situation. Even the speed has been exemplary. Cannot recommend it enough, it's that good.

Mulit user limits?
We are getting Comcast Broadband at our Bridge Center in the coming week. The primary application is internet access for the game director's computer. But we also want to open WiFi for members and potentially a computer school. Is there a limit to the number of users in a 40 x 70ft room that can simultaneously access the WiFi? The director desk will be connected by ethernet cable.
As far as I can tell, you can have whatever limit the DHCP will allow, which if configured, is about 250 devices. This might be a bit to split up for whatever internet service you have though.
The three antennas allow for more users than a single or dual will. We have somewhere around 30-60 phones, computers, etc, all splitting the internet at any time and it seems to be pretty ok. 6M/768M DSL being split and it can be quite quick at times. Surprisingly so.

does it use cloud tech
want a good router, bot i don't want cloud tech, like old school, my network, is personal, i trust my network, don't care to share to any cloud
Since you control the router, you can turn on or off the various extra services. We simply use it as a basic router that's just more awesome than others. But functionally, no difference in the way we use it than an old Linksys WTR54G.

does it work with verizon fios
I do not see why it would not. This router shouldn't care what incoming internet you're using, as long as it can get an IP address. The real question is whether you're going to use it as a router, or an AP, as those are two different installation methods. It will do both easily.
