I have always been a PC person but since getting the new iPhone 7, I thought I'd switch to a mac as well and got this entry level Macbook Pro.
I had this laptop for 3 days now and I'm still struggling to familiarize MacOS. On the hardware side, I had to say I am very pleased with the display, the new keyboard is also very good. Despite having less travel, it feels very responsive that I don't miss the old school keyboard at all. The backlit keyboard is very refined with no light spilling on the edges of the keys like other laptops. The speaker is very good too I haven't used my bluetooth speaker since using this MBP. As far as size and weight, this is the smallest and lightest laptop with so much power I've ever owned. The build quality is great I'm sure it will survive a drop. I'm still trying to get used to the fact there's no touch screen that's not an "Apple issue". You can do a lot more with the MBP's touchpad than any other PC's touchpad out there but this will take time to get used to. If there's anything I'm not satisfied about, that would be the lack of apps such as banking, social media, productivity and news apps that I enjoy using on my iPhone. But I completely understand the the mobile and computer platforms are different but would be nice to have those.
Overall, this is one great computer that anyone can use as their main computer. With a few days of use, I can say that one can be a beginner or a pro and will enjoy this new Macbook Pro just the same. I highly recommend this laptop.

The iPhone 7 (128GB, black) is my first apple product ever and I am very impressed with its ergonomics, user-friendly OS and functionality. Although its specs isn't as top notch as android products such as the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (which I owned and used before switching to iPhone 7), I can still say that I enjoy using the iPhone more than the S7 Edge. The feature that stood out to me is the 3D touch and the taptic home button. It provides a lot of interaction between me and the phone and what I can do during the interaction seems to be limitless. It would be interesting to see more third party adaptations to this technology. As much as I love the fact that android phones give you more choices when it comes to third party apps and customization, what you get from iPhone 7 is pretty much a collection of the best half of android but much improved so you know that what you're getting is optimized for your iPhone and you're got going to miss the unlimited choices from android which you don't really enjoy much after a few times using it. Overall, the iPhone 7 is a great phone with good overall quality, great camera, great sounds, good battery life, very responsive. This all you need to carry anywhere you go.
