I first saw this movie years ago & the beauty of it's overall tone & message of love & friendship have stayed with me over the years. When I came across it for sale, I couldn't help but purchase it, so my family could enjoy. It's a wonderful true tale of a young man with pure heart! The only thing I would advise against this film is to not so harshly judge it against its' short story or novel length book versions.

English, Spanish, and French soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Surround. Spanish subtitles are accessible, and the English soundtrack is closed-captioned. There are no supplemental materials of any consequence. This is a sub-par release from Universal.

Funny dark comedy about 2 lifelong feuding friends & the lengths they will go thru to out best each other! Jealousy & obsession mixed with wit & humor make this a good buy!

Just the fact that what happens to the Hayden Christensen in this movie actually does happen to a % of hospital patients is unthinkable-but very TRUE. This movie has suspense, greed, betrayal, & expressions of both false & genuine loyalty amongst all the players. It's great all the way to the end!!We had seen this as a rental, and went right out & bought it afterward!

My son is really getting into the horror genre and brags he's seen it all! We bought this classic horror & watched for his reactions. By the end, he declared how awesome it was ( and that he never could look at "rare steak" the same ever again! This combo was totally worth it just for the first...We didn't care much for the second one, as the storyline is a little more corny with period time traveling. Plus we don't care for sequels with different actors. Great buy otherwise!

This was a purchase made for our kids. My wife & I remember seeing this when we were young and wanted our kids to share the memories with us! It's as funny as we remembered and the kids LOVED it! They watch it over & over all day! Now they wanna know when we're gonna get a "breakfast machine" at our house LOL!!

Was recommended this movie from a family member who knows I'm a big Bruce Lee Fan! IP Man was his teacher so I went out and got it right away...I was blown away by the martial arts in this movie- plus I really enjoy movies that are based on real lives. I didn't care for the subtitles at first but I got so into the story after 10 mins it didn't mnatter- it's was fantastic!
