In Season 6, Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dulé Hill) continue taking on cases that put them in strange situations. They investigate a murder that appears to be perpetrated by a vampire, go undercover as a coach and mascot of a baseball team, and check into a mental hospital. Meanwhile, Lassiter (Timothy Omundson) learns the truth about Shawn and Juliet (Maggie Lawson) and finds a love interest of his own (Kristy Swanson); and Shawn helps Juliet reconnect with her estranged dad (William Shatner), but the reunion isn't quite what he expected. Corbin Bernsen and Kirsten Nelson also star.
Psych is one of those rare shows that I can watch over and over, time and again. It balances the crime drama and comedy well, and the banter between Roday and Hill is flawless.
