Arguably tops for cutest Amiibo figurine, but not supported by very many games. If you like Pikmin though its a great figure - one of each modern specie (red, blue, yellow, winged pink, and rock black) and at least one of each type (leaf, bud, and flower)
Picture might not do it justice - even with five characters on it, its not any bigger than other amiibos. Of course, this means parts of it are thin and quite fragile - the wings on the pink and flower stems on most of the pikmin's heads could break off if mishandled. So maybe not as suitable for the younger kids as some of the more robust figurines.

Compared to the other second acts in the MCU (Iron Man 2, Thor Dark World, Captain America Winter Solider, Avengers: Age of Ultron), this one at least comes very close to the magic of its original and isn't a clearly inferior followup. Well done James Gunn. Great special effects and the opening scene is awesome. Baby Groot steals most of the scenes he's in but is adorable. If only Drax didn't laugh hysterically at things that aren't that funny, it would be near perfect (but his somber reflection scene maybe seems more real seeing him at both extremes of the emotional spectrum.)

Good for devices that need CR2032 coin cell batteries, including older devices. Used mine in Sega Dreamcast VMUs, which were created in the late 90s before lithium-ion batteries became the norm and had no problems with their use. Note packaging may be different than shown online, but functionally the same. (Mine were arranged in a 2x2 trapezoid shape instead of the upside-down T.)

Everything One Wants in a Star Wars Movie

Wonderful, concise addition to the Star Wars story line. Well written, well acted, well choreographed, and amazing special effects. There is careful attention to detail to make it feel like a Star Wars movie, with just enough difference to let you know this one is special. Ties in wonderfully to the period between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, while including bits from both the Clone Wars and Rebels TV shows as well. I liked this much more than The Force Awakens and because it doesn't take three movies to explain everything, it is arguably the best Star Wars movie, and that's saying a lot. So long as you're not holding out for Wookiees, Jawas, pod races, or an epic light saber battle (all of which we've seen already) this should deliver everything you'd want.

Fair side story to Harry Potter series

A decent movie that develops some back story to the Harry Potter universe but is so disconnected from the rest it hardly matters whether it took place in the same universe or not. Special effects are really great, as is the surprise casting reveal at the end, but the plot is rather basic and there's very little character development compared to the Harry Potter movies (and much more less than the novels.) I admit I had high hopes for it and was left disappointed. Tolerable if you liked the Harry Potter series, otherwise move along to something better.

Fair sequel but lacking the granduer of the first

A decent entry in the hack-and-slash Dynasty Warriors/Hyrule Warriors/Dragon Quest Heroes line, but this one seems a little lacking, with a simpler plot and much fewer side quests than the first. Cooperative internet play is nice if you're into that, but the job/class system for the two main heroes feels forced and unnecessary. Half the classic series heroes from the first return, which feels too repetitive and they act as if the first game never happened. Fewer heroes and only ones we'd not just seen last time would have been better. The bright spots are Maribel's constant whining and superiority complex, and the relationship between reserved fortuneteller Meena and her extravagant, freewill dancing sister Maya. Good if you liked the first game or are a Dragon Quest series fan and have played or at least a little familiar with games 4, 6, 7, and 8, but as a stand-alone game for someone unfamiliar with the series its a pass.

Fine addition to the Star Trek franchise

Good movie for trek fans. Somewhat lacking though in that it takes place almost exclusively planetside (or planet-like environments) instead of in space. Gives the minor characters more lines and action in this film, being less focused on just Kirk, Spock, and McCoy. Unlike the earlier two films in the reboot timeline and disregarding the Enterprise and her crew, this one has no correlation to events or characters from the classic timeline, which I found disappointing of the story. But for the casual fan not looking for tie-ins, it's good.

Really liking this. Plenty of volume and power. Battery life of several hours. Headphone jack to plug in my old iPod. Lays flat on surface so it doesn't get knocked over that easily (though pill designs are even better.) Pressing power button briefly will get a voice to tell you estimated battery remaining, so no need for battery gauge and no surprise cutouts for dead battery. Not ugly or covered with manufacturers name all over it like so many other small speakers. I do wish the speakers wrapped around the edges to give better surround though (mostly mono-directional output)

With so many cameos, it can almost be considered Avengers 3. Missing Thor and Hulk, but adding Ant-Man, Spider-Man, and some of the new Avengers adopted from Age of Ultron makes up for it. The big airport fight between the two sides is as good as the alien invasion of New York in the first Avengers, especailly as Ant-Man transforms into Giant-Man and starts to dominate. I felt it was a little gratuitous to pitch the new Spider-Man in a mid-movie scene, but other than this 5-10 minute detour it is excellent end-to-end.

I'm 30 or so hours into this now and the game is having a hard time holding my attention. It just doesn't maintain a relatively constant flow of action like most Dragon Quest titles. You go into the past and can play like a regular Dragon Quest game, but back in the present there is little to do but solve puzzles, talk to people, and advance the story to the point you can go back into the past. So it tends to alternate back and forth between a few hours of good, and a few hours of dull, and the dull periods are killing it. Really a disappointment after the greatness of 4, 5, 6, and the later 8. Recommended only to fans of the series who need to play this one out to 'complete the set'. Newer fans should avoid: better to get chapters 4 or 5 now (if you can find them used), or wait for chapter 8 to land on 3DS in 2017.

What is the difference between UN46D6003SF and the UN46D6000SF?
Basically nothing. Samsung changes the last digit of the model number for certain large customers, but there is nothing internally different. Its primarily a deterrent for price-matching, in which most stores require an exact product number match.

What is Hz? and what level of Hz gives the smoothest motion?
Hertz (Hz) is a measure of frequency, particuarly the numbrof times something occurs per second. The human eye can resolve movement at around 30 frames per second (or 30Hz). Most LED TVs display at (minimum) 60Hz to disguise movement and appear less jagged or blurry. Higher end TVs will increase the refresh rate to even higher levels, but divisible by 60Hz for hardware and singal simplicity. The higher the level, the better the picture should be, but its only apparent in really fast moving pictures (action films, etc.)

Doesnt sound like the same thing. 1080p, 1080i, 720p, and 480i are resolutions (vertical number of pixels followed by an i for interlaced or p for progessive mode)

Most likely, you've bought a 1080p TV (which probably also supports 720p and 480i, as most do) that has a refresh rate of 120Hz. TV might simply be saying that it's displaying HD content at 1080p and regular definition content at a psuedo-480p (a 480i singal that is rendered across two frames due to the "double rate" of 120Hz over the normal 60Hz rate)

I use a mobile hotspot through my Verizon Wireless Droid for my laptop internet connection. Can I use the same for my smart TV?
Presumably yes. The TV should act just like any other IPv4 (or IPv6) internet-capable device with DHCP. But note that videos are heavy bandwidth consumers and will can drain a mobile plan dry after just a few movies. A standard unlimited bandwidth internet service provider is a better fit for Smart TVs.

better sound without audio jacks from TV?
I have a 46" LCD Samsung TV that does not have audio out jacks on the back of it.I have u-verse TV with a DVR that has audio out jacks.Can I hook up a sound bar through my DVR for better sound?
You should be able to connect the audio out from your uverse box to a soundbar, but "better" is subjective. A good quality TV (like Samsung) may have better sounding audio in its built-in speakers than a low quality soundbar (though probably wont be as powerful as a soundbar, as TV speakers are usually in the 5-20 watt range)

No. There should be no extra cost to use a Smart TV than any other internet connected device on your home network (like laptops, tablets, and smartphones.) Generally speaking, you'll need a wireless router though as its not always possible to run a hardwire line to the TV (assuming the TV even supports wired mode)

There will be an onscreen keyboard that is controlled by the remote, where you move the caret left and right and up and down using the remote. Pressing another button on the remote will select that character. Exactly how it works depends on the brand.
Newer TVs are coming with remotes that give fine enough control to function like a mouse and while they use the same on screen keyboard, it simplifies the action to point and click.

Samsung 55' 6000
Just bought this and not sure why it says 1280x720p/60p when I turn on the TV. Thought it was 1080p. Can someone help me figure this out. Thanks.
Samsung TVs identify the resolution from source input signal. You need to change the output signal resolution on your cable/satellite box. Note that alot of set top boxes only support 720p or 1080i (and usually 480i as well for standard definition.) To take advantage of 1080p you often need a BluRay player, a regular DVD player than can upscale content to 1080p, a modern video game system that supports 1080p, or some other device that can present content at 1080p.
