Since I own both an Amazon Echo and a Google Home device I was anxious to try the Insignia Voice. I was not disappointed. My evaluation of the sound quality is that I would rate the Voice above both the Echo and the Home. I love the rich, deep bass. And you get all the benefits of Google built in. The advantage over both the Echo and the Home is that you have battery power. No need to stay tied down with your electrical cord. There's even a carrying handle built in.

The color caught my eye

I love the Crane travel humidifier for its ease of use. Larger humidifiers have nooks and crannies that can't be reached for cleaning. Bacteria continues to build up without time consuming cleaning procedures. The Crane travel humidifier seems to have mastered the microbes. I have never seen any pink bacteria in any of my Crane travel humidifiers. The only downside is that they can diminish their output if you have hard water.

Where are the equalizer settings in the google home app? The Insignia rep says they are there but they aren’t. Can someone walk me through it please? The sound is whack out of the box.
It's true that there are equalizer settings in the Google Home app but they are for the Google Home device, not the Insignia device. I have both and the menus are slightly different. I contacted Google Support through chat and they told me, "Well, you're right that you can control or adjust the treble and bass for your Google Home device but for the insignia speaker we don't have the option to adjust the treble and bass."
