I bought this router to replace an Asus router which bricked after a couple of weeks (but within the return period thankfully). The Best Buy employee recommended this over a similar Linksys model. It set up easily and has had no problems. I like the tri band feature as we have over 20 devices connected.

Worked for less than 1 month

I bought this router to replace an existing Asus router. It set up easily and then after a week dropped the internet connection. I was able to get it functional but it totally bricked and I could not communicate with it even after I reset it. So it went back to the store for a refund and I bought a Netgear tri band model. My prior experience with Asus was very good so this was disappointing. Hard to say whether it was a hardware or software problem but for that much money a router should last for a couple of years at least.

This was included as part of a new washer and dryer purchase. The attachments to the outside vent and dryer are easy to make and the length should work well for most installations. We stacked the dryer on top of the 24" washer and had plenty of length to complete the installation.

I bought this unit to stack above the GE washer and create additional space in our remodeled utility room . I liked the fact it has a traditional external vent, which from reading the reviews, seemed to work better than the nonvented units that drain moisture into the washer. We had to install a 220 volt circuit as our previous unit was gas but we all love the operation. Like any new appliance it takes a few times to get the settings right for different types of clothes. Because of the electronic controls and cost to replace them if something happens I opted for the extended warranty. It is capable of handling fairly large loads.

Perfect choice for a small space

We installed this in a renovated utility room and stacked it with the matching dryer. We love it! There are lots of choices for cycles and options to change water temp, spin speed, etc. It cleans very well. We have not had an odor issues, but we do leave the door open and it is located in a well ventilated area. Read the manual before you start operating to help you select the cycles that will work best for you. The unit, though small, can handle surprisingly large loads. I did purchase the extended warranty, however, as any issue with the electronic control panel is likely to be expensive.

Poor customer service and attitude

The washer arrived in perfect physical condition but the installers acted like they did want to set up the unit. Multiple times they intoned that they did not work for Best Buy, which was not helpful in getting the unit set up. I could not get them out of the house fast enough.

The dryer arrived in good physical condition. The installers, however, were unfriendly and incompetent to install a high voltage dryer. He wired the cord incorrectly which my electrician spouse had to point out and have corrected. They refused to install the unit stacked, which is why I bought it in the first place and they did not want to even connect the dryer to show that it worked. The cover plate on the dryer cord connection was not secured ( technically not their fault since the cord is not designed to work with a GE unit). We could not get them out of our house fast enough.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Best Buy included this cord with my purchase of a new washer and dryer. First of all the installer wired it to the dryer incorrectly (despite a very clear diagram on the back of the unit) which my electrician spouse had to point out and make sure it was corrected. Then the configuration of the cord is such that the cover plate designed to enclose the cord connection to the dryer would not close properly. This cord may work for other dryers but it does not work well with the GE dryer. The dryer is stacked so the slightly ajar cover plate is not a safety issue but I would not buy this again.

I purchased and installed two of these units, one in a rental house we own and the other in my own house. It installed perfectly with Comcast without having to contact customer service. Just make sure you know your account number and phone number associated with your account. We have had no performance issues. The lights are bright, however. It is not a problem in the office but could be annoying if installed in a different room.
