Will this allow Apple CarPlay to work?
I have a Chevy, 09', and my blutooth works for phone calls while my phone is on this mount. But any other functions it does not. The battery pack that you need to use this mount has speakers on it and they are quite loud. As for Apple CarPlay, I am not sure. If you could have your phone charging before with the connection I would assume it would work. This mount is simply a magnet to hold your phone and a charger for the battery pack. Hope that helps.
