Supplemental materials include the theatrical trailer. This is a fine release from Disney/Buena Vista that boasts excellent sound quality.

The sequel to one of the most successful independent horror films of all time, Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2 has been given a well-executed presentation for this DVD release. The film has been given a letterboxed transfer in the widescreen aspect ratio of 1.78:1, which is also enhanced for anamorphic playback on 16 x 9 monitors. The original English-language soundtrack appears in Dolby Digital 5.1, while alternate dubbed tracks in Spanish and French have been mastered in Dolby Digital Surround. No subtitles have been included, though the feature is closed-captioned in English. Bonus materials include a commentary track from director Joe Berlinger, commentary on selected scenes from composer Carter Burwell, and a performance from the rock band Godhead. This disc also features CD and DVD-ROM content; the CD side features Burwell's original score as well as songs from Godhead and Tony Iommi, while the DVD-ROM material includes biographies of the cast and crew, notes on the film's production, and links to related Internet websites.
