The dryer is actually really good. The delivery and installation is really POOR!! Purchased a new electric cord with the dryer because I was told they would install the unit at no additional cost if i purchased the electric cord. At delivery I was told they are short staffed and did not have time to install ir unpack the unit. All he could do is drop off at my garage.

Poor installation

Paid for dryer installation delivery staff did not install. Said they were short staffed and all he could do was drop the dryer off at my garage door. Didn't unpack, attach electric cord, place in laundry room or level as I was told by the sales staff .

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Delivery & installation poor.

Purchased this product so that my dryer would be installed. Delivery worker told me he could not install dryer because they are short staffed. All he could do is drop the dryer off at my garage , not install as was the agreement.
