It actually does a pretty decent zoom! Fiddly to get focused though, the act of adjusting the zoom, wiggles it and dislodges it's placement on the camera. Hard to hold lens still, while holding the phone, and looking through it turning the lens adjustment. Should have come with a little bag or something to store it so as not to lose the end caps. But once you do get everything set, it worked well, for a reasonable price.

When delivered do they take the old one out or do we have to do that?
It was an additional $15 for carry out-haul away at my store. We live in an are where some people cruise prior to trash pick up for metal to recycle. We put it out, and it was gone in less than hour n a half. Saved $15

Is this protector compatible with G4 Play?
NO. Originally the BB salesperson said they were out of protectors for the g4, but had g4 play in stock and said they were the same size etc. The speaker location is different. The g4play protector would completely cover the microphone. I had to return it. If the g4 play won't fit the g4, then I'm sure the reverse won't work as well.

Is there any problem with the battery ? i mean that it is only about 2470 mah in moto g turbo and even non removable what if it get chucked how it can be repaired and one more ques that is there any facility of finger print access to the phöne ?
When i was looking at the phones to purchase, the salesperson showed me the moto g4, and the moto g4plus. I chose to purchase the first one. The g4plus was $50 more, and the main difference was fingerprint recognition, and a laser pointer feature for the camera. I had no need for fingerprint recognition, and saved the extra $$. Hope that helps with the 2nd part of your question.
