Got it for Christmas, my kid hopped on, didn't even make it down the block. I thought it wasn't charged enough - so recharged it, it wouldn't move and heard grinding noise by motor. I knew right away what it was - the gears were stripped inside the motor which connects the tire with a chain. So packed it up brought it back to best buy (line out the door for returns, should hire more people for Dec 26th), got refund but no bike in stock. I asked the clerk if I will get the same price I paid $200.98, but said no because they do not have any in stock at any store. Does that sound RIGHT to you, well not to me!!
My kid has no toy for Christmas and I have to pay another $35.00 at walmart. I am going to buy another one - I think it was just that particular bike, it is well constucted, just now 35 bucks more.
