Overall a nice refrigerator I have only had it for maybe 2 months now. What I can tell you is if your looking for a smudge free surface this is NOT for you. When there are no finger prints or smudges it is a nice looking appliance.

I had bought this refrigerator as it looked great on the sales floor and the entire exterior appeared to be a stainless type material but the water and ice levers are a cheap plastic! To spend $2,000 plus on a frig you would think Samsung could use stainless for the levers too. Unfortunately they scratch just under normal use and Samsung won't do anything about it saying it's cosmetic damage and not covered. Nice HUH! I used the levers for the purpose they are made for and within weeks the frig is more scratched up than the one I replaced after 7 years.
