I liked the 3 usb plugs but I think the devices don't charge too fast. The bigger issue is that the power cord for my MacBook Pro is too heavy and pulls the adapter from the wall. It really needs a center screw to hold in place.

Power cable to short with Samsung TV

I bought the Samsung JS8500 and the stock power cable would not reach to my cabinet so I had all components under the TV until I bought this cable. I think this was about 10 inches longer than the OEM cable but it was enough for my use. If this would not worked I would have ordered online for an 8'-10' cable. It was more expensive than online but it worked so all good. I would bet most Samsung TV owners are all upgrading or using an extension cord.

I bought this so that I could move the 4300 to another TV. II also needed the straight plug in cable and longer extension for where my units were in relation to the outlet. I realized that I also needed the extra space on the outlets on the Panamax. The power bricks come in larger sizes and offset plugs and it never seems to fit right where it partially covers the next outlet on the surge banks. Have not seen any issues with it turning off to protect but we have not had a lot of power issues in the last few years. This is a good upgrade to my new 4k Samsung JS6500 and Denon 2200. I really like that you can dim the front display and do have a tendency to watch the power level but not a real issue. Pricey but very happy!

I bought the cinnamon cables and decided to update all my cables on both TV's so bought the Chocolate to see if a difference. Really hard to say but I also felt that once you purchase then no worries about upgrading until the next major thing comes along. The only thing I am not really excited it that the cables are stiff so tough on tight corners.

Needed a new Blu Ray for 4k tv

So I was on the fence if I should wait for the Samsung 4k UHD but realized that I really don't buy too many BluRays so opted for the 3D sony just in case I wanted to watch on new Samsung JS8500. I ended up buying the Samsung J5900 to match the tv but really didn't like that no power light on the front of the unit as well as the curved player. It might be that I also was getting used to using the ARC feature with the components and din't like when wasn't sure if the blu ray was on/off. The final factor was when I was testing both units side by side and the 5.1 audio was substantially louder with the Sony. The remote is small and would really like a backlit remote. Overall, very happy with this purchase! Waiting for more UHD player choices for a later upgrade.

I bought this replace my 10+ year old Monster surge protector. Luckily we have not had a lot of power issues in the last few years so have not been able to really tell an improvement in my picture quality. I felt this would be a good upgrade to my new 4k Samsung JS6500 and Denon 2200. I really like that you can dim the front display and like the down lights. I have a tendency to watch the power level but not a real issue. I liked so much I bought the 5100 for my other TV.

Upgraded cables to be on the safe side

Probably overkill on the cables but I would rather be safe than sorry since once you hook everything up you will not ever go back and upgrade. I decided to swap out cables on our other HDTV and realized some very cheap HDMI which probably needed an upgrade. The 6 month and 12 month financing helps take some of the financial sting when buying multiple cables.

I replaced my 10 year+ Denon and very happy with the new Denon. The ARC control will be awesome once all components support (cable box). I really haven't used a lot of the features other than passing HDMI for Cable and BluRay thru the AVR to new Samsung JS8500. Have not seen any issues in picture quality. The only thing that seems strange is that I need to turn the volume up to about 50 to have loud enough. I might try and recalibrate and see if makes a difference.
