THe tv won't let me log into my outlook account. It says to use the keyboard on my phone! Why can't I use the keyboard that came with the tv. It won't let me click on the login screen, and I can't bring up the keyboard. Please help, pulling my hair out!!! Great tv but sony is no help.
There is a keyboard on the TV. You just have to move to the right from your TV remote and press the center button. It should work after that once you press on an empty slot
