Great For Fortnite Fans, but Pricey

Let me start by saying that my wife and I are the biggest Fortnite nerds out there. That said, even we wouldn't normally pay this price for a microSDXC card. The 256 GB is great, and it will work in any device that supports it (not just a Nintendo Switch), but it is quite expensive.
You do get a wrap cosmetic item to use in Fortnite, but I feel like a Fortnite themed item like this, at this price point, should include an actual skin, as other microSDXC cards can be bought for less than 1/2 this price, then you could use the other $40 to buy 3 or 4 skins in Fortnite.
All of that said, it is a VERY fast microSD card. IT works great in my switch, but I think it is going to live in my Microsoft Surface as a great way to expand my storage space on my computer with blazing speeds. This would also be a great addition to a cell phone, assuming it has a microSDXC slot.
The bottom line here is that this is a quality microSDXC card, it's pink (which I love, but no one will ever see it), it comes with a wrap for your vehicles and weapons in Fortnite, but it's about twice as much as I want to spend on a microSDXC card.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So Close to an Amazing Product

Let me start by saying that I was so excited about this space heater, as I think this is such a great product idea, however, I feel the execution was lacking in almost every area. A speaker in an outdoor product used for entertaining that can be synced up with others made this what I thought would be the ultimate product for outdoor venues, but it misses the mark.
First, this is a product used for groups, not for individuals, so I feel the Bluetooth speaker, versus having a WIFI speaker, misses the mark. If the person streaming the music or other content form their phone leaves the area, everything will cut out, and also, you will be plagued with notification sounds from their phone. A WIFI speaker would solve all of this. Additionally, I can't get the speaker recognized by Google home, making it even more limited.
Next, the sound quality is severely lacking. If a device is intended to be synced with other siumi9lar devices to increase the number of speakers, they need to be speakers that sound good. This speaker sounds terrible, especially in heavy bass.
If another version of this were made with better speakers and Wifi connectivity, I might buy 20 for my outdoor event venue. As it stands, you are better off buying a $90 infrared heater and a nice Bluetooth or Wifi speaker separately, as you will save a ton, and get better quality.
My final point, but the most important point, is that there are no child safety elements. The knob to turn on and change the heat is at the bottom of the unit, such that any child of any age can turn the unit on. This is the worst element to this product. I'd say it is a great infrared heater, but this element makes it feel unsafe, and I had to completely remove the knob to turn it on so I can leave it on my back porch and not worry that my 1 1/2 year old won't turn it on and burn herself or just leave it on and waste a ton of electricity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Best Rig Headset Offering Yet

I have been a big fan of the RIG headphones for a long time now, and the 800 Pro series is amazing. I love having the base station to charge the headset instead of plugging it in to a USB cable to charge.
The headset itself is extra comfortable, being very lightweight, and the cups have great cushioning. The sound out of these is impressive, working great for competitive games like Fortnite. The Dolby Atmos does a great job with spacial sound, allowing you to be more immersed in the game, as well as more competitive, since you will have a better idea where you opponents are in the playing field.
The battery life is also impressive, especially for such a light weight headset. It is advertised at 24 hours, and while I can't confirm that, I game 3-4 hours a day, and I don't always remember to put everything on the charger. I went three days without charging the RIG 800, and they were still good to go.
FYI, be sure to install the Dolby app on your XBOX to ensure you are getting the most out of your RIG 800 Pro.

A Big Punch in a Small Case

I have been looking for a good USB-C dock for my Mac, and this hub is amazing. First off, despite saying it is for Macbook Pro Air, it works with my PC as well, so I can assume it will work with any device with USB-C.
It has a total of 10 ports: 2 x 4k HDMI (one is 60Hz, one is 30Hz), SD/micro SD slot, 2 x USB-C ports, 2 x USB-A ports, a 1Gb Ethernet port, and a 3.5 MM audio jack.
One of the USB-C ports fuels 100W of power, which is great for charging your phone or other devices. All of the USB ports (A and C) support 5Gb data transmission for lightning fast data transfer.
I did not need to install drivers or anything for this to work on either computer, as advertised, I just plugged it in and I was able to start plugging in accessories including monitors. I did, however, have to install drivers for one of my new monitors, but that would have been the case with or without the Hyper Hub.
I use this to make my workstation ultra portable when I need to go, but quick to set back up to full capacity when I return home. The only device I connect directly to my computer s my wireless mouse, as that is likely to travel with me when the computer does. When I get home, I just plug it back in to the USB-C port on my computer, and it is instantly back connected to my dual monitors, drawing tablet, wired gaming controller, a wired Internet connection, and my hard drive for backing up my data.

Linksys Mesh Does it Again

I replaced my previous Linksys gen 1 mesh system with the Linksys Atlas mesh, as my house is full of gamers in all parts of the house. It was seamless to replace the old system, with a very similar setup.
The Atlas system gives even faster speeds than previous offerings from Linksys, we see this as when someone in the house was streaming a movie, and more than two others were playing Fortnite, we would get a reduced network speed notification. Thus far, after upgrading, we see no degradation in speed when the network is being used by the whole house.
The other big update over the gen 1 Linksys Mesh system is that there are three ethernet outputs, versus one on gen 1.
The biggest difference I can see coverage wise, is the backyard, which, of course, doesn't have any outdoor mesh nodes. The entire backyard is now covered, allowing me to use a projector in the back yard for outdoor movie nights for the kids.
The last elopement I love about this set of Linksys hardware is that it comes with a 3-year warranty, ensuring you will have fast wi-fi with the peace of mind that it is protected.

An App Update Should Help

This is a great microphone when you are not trying to do anything extra with it that requires the app. I say this because, as many others online have experienced, I find it hard to connect to the mic via Bluetooth to utilize the app, so I have given up on the app for now.
As for actually using the mic, it easily connects to a DSLR camera. It has an LED that allows you to verify that the power is on and that it is actually hearing you from in front of the camera, which is great, especially if you are a one-person content creation team.
Something interesting this mic does that I haven't experienced before is that it records a second audio track a -10db from the standard audio track. This is done in case loud noises come into your recording all of a sudden. It is not something that I will use, but I could see it being incredibly useful if you film live events or loud equipment.
The battery life on this is absolutely amazing, it is advertised at 60 hours, 50 hours with active noise cancelling activated. I can confirm that it easily handles a full day of recording, which should be more than adequate for pretty much any user at any level of use.
I expect there will be an update to the app soon, but I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything for my uses, which is primarily recording instructional videos for students.

I Don't Miss the Touchscreen

First, let me say that I have used several air fryers now, and I am much happier with models that do not have a touch screen. When cooking, dealing with a touchscreen can be frustrating, especially if you are as messy as I am.
Moving on, I love air fryers, and the Bella 4.2 CU manual air fryer ticks all the right boxes. It is easy to use right out of the box with no learning curve, and the size is great. It easily fits your average chicken, or anything else to feed a family of 4. It states that is can handle enough food for 4-6 people, but the way my family eats, I'd say it's closer to adequate for 4 people.
Something the box inspired me to try, that I had never done with an air fryer, is to use it for reheating. This may sound like a small factor that should be obvious, but it is something I never considered. It is now my go-to means of re-heating.
I especially like sweet potato fries made from an air-fryer, they're so healthy. I slice the potatoes, soak them in water, then dry them after about an hour soak. Then I put garlic salt and a bit of rosemary on them, and do 25 minutes at 400, sometimes it needs 30 minutes, but it an amazing side or a great snack for kids.

The Camera is a Must

The latest version of the Owlet Cam and Sock duo has some amazing features I didn't know I needed. The app can even let you know if your baby is having a hard time getting back to sleep, and will tell you if you need to go comfort her. Additionally, it monitors her heart rate, average oxygen level, movement, wakings, humidity, room temperature, and sleep status.
Having all of this on your cell phone, both real-time, and historic data, can allow you to keep an eye on changes in your child, as well as having real data to show your pediatrician if you feel your child is having issues that should be discussed with her doctor.
Previously, I had the first generation sock, however, I did not have the camera. I did have a baby monitor, but if wasn't viewable using my phone, so the two just didn't quite pair well. What I mean is that sometimes the sock comes loose or get mispositioned, resulting in the app notifying me that it isn't receiving data. When paired with the camera, I can immediately check on my daughter, and see if there is an issue or not. This is well worth the extra cost if you don't have a network connected baby monitor.

Works Great, Easy Setup

The Swann Master Series 8-Channel, 4-Camera, Indoor/Outdoor PoE Wired 4K UHD 2TB HDD Network Video Recorder (NVR) Security Surveillance System works exactly as needed, right out of the box, with plenty of extra customization options you can delve in to later.
To set the system up, once you have located where you are putting your cameras and verified that the wires are long enough, you can install the cameras, then plug the wires for the cameras in to the NVR, then plug in the included mouse and your own (provided) monitor. Once that is done, you can either use the on screen display, or the app to setup the system.
There are many options once the initial setup is complete, such a blocking out segments of your video, facial detection, motion detection, recording schedules, etc. These profiles can be great, for example, if you are recording an area that has high traffic during the day, you might only want to record using facial detection based on a schedule, and then at night, record all motion. It is a very flexible system that should fit anyone's needs.

Easy to Install, Easy to Use

The Emerson Sensi Touch Programmable Wi-Fi smart thermostat is awesome. The installation process can be handled by just about anyone, and only takes about 5 minutes. As a tip, just be sure to take a picture of the wiring on your old thermostat before disconnecting it in case you need to revert back to the old unit, that way it is a snap to put it back in. That said, the app walks you through the installation process, and the built in level mean you really only need a screwdriver for the installation process.
Once installed, the thermostat is easy to use, and sports many options that are very useful. I love being able to ask Google (or Alexa) to adjust the temperature. This, and also being able to do it from the app are great. Now I don't have to get out of bed anymore when my wife asks me to adjust the temperature, I can just do it from my nightstand.
My favorite feature is the Geofencing, which allows yu to control the temperature in your home based on the location of the home's inhabitants. In other words, as you leave your house, the thermostat can adjust the temperature to save you money, and restore the temperature as it detects you returning to your home.

I’m confused. How/ where does it get ota channels? Is there an antenna that comes with it? Similar to the digital antenna I use now for local channels? Or does it get the local ota channels and stream to device via the internet?
It actually has a coaxial cable plug-in so that you can use any OTA antenna with it.You should be able to use the digital antenna you mentioned in your question. That said, you can get a new, Smart 4k TV for around $300-$450, so I would go that route unless you are on an extremely tight budget. 4k, plus Roku is a much better option in my opinion. If nothing else, Roku isn't going anywhere.

Yes, the HP Omen 25 supports Freesync. The HP Omen 27, on the other hand, supports G-Sync, an alternative to Freesync that requires NVIDIA GPUs to work.

does it support AT&T Digital life and its Nest devices and thermostats that are attached to the system ?
It supports Nest devices, but you would have to contact AT&T about future integration, but currently it isn't supported.

Does this support Sonos? iTunes?
No, not at this time. IT also doesn't support Amazon Music. It currently only supports Google Play Music, Spotify, Pandora, and YouTube Music.

Can this be used if the phone the main account is tied to is not at home? IE: Could my wife ask it to play music from Google Play if I'm not there? I'm not asking about family accounts but if this will remember my account if my phone isn't around?
Yes, Google Home will work regardless of if the primary account holder is around. Great question!

Does google home has an accesory for lock and unlock doors?
Yes, you must make sure your door locks are compatible, but it does support this function.
