A Real Hassle

I purchased this item because I heard great reviews from others. I had delayed getting it because I was unsure if it would fit my needs, but then when I saw that QuickBooks had a money back return policy, I got it. After installing the program and trying it out for a few days, I realized that it would not work for my needs. Calling the company and working to get the product returned and refunded turned out to be a nightmare. Multiple phone calls, time spent on hold while they "checked with the supervisor" was way too long. Nobody would just give me an address to send the product to...they continued to try to get me to keep the product and insist that I just wasn't using it properly. If I had known that getting the item returned / refunded was going to be such a drawn out and ridiculous process, I would have never tried QuickBooks. Make sure you REALLY want this software before buying it! :(

Great Fridge!

I really like the LG 27.7 ft French door fridge. It is large enough to hold everything and see everything. I like this one better than the 31 ft as it has 2 larger vege drawers, rather than the 3 smaller drawers. The only advice is make sure the delivery guys take out the door "stop". They forgot to remove mine and one door was much harder to close. Once the repairman came back and removed it, no issues at all. I highly recommend this fridge.

Is this smudge proof stainless steel.
Is the finish smudge proof or does it show finger prints like regular stainless
It shows the finger prints. But I have found that if I use the stainless steel cleaner / polish, it stays clean for a few weeks after I wipe it down.

I found some stainless steel spray cleaner on amazon and I use that. It works fine. It looks like a pledge can with the spray button on top.

You can get it without the ice maker in the door, but it still comes with a little ice maker down in the freezer. I did not want the one in the door, so I am sure about this answer. :) The little one down in the freezer drawer is up out of the way and does not take up any usable space at all. And if you do not want to use it at all, just don't hook up the water line.

Adjustable shelf
Does this model have an adjustable shelf (the kind that slides in toward the back of the unit)? In the pic with the groceries, it appears that the pineapple is in front of a shelf like that.

I saw that too. So i was disappointed when my fridge showed up without that little shelf. But I went back in to Best Buy and they made it right. So I don't know if it comes with it or not, but the picture shows that it does, so I pushed to get it.
