When I use the steam my clothes come out wrinkled and wet...I called the company and they tell me I have to put 7 to 10 items in and they will still come out wet..I bought and paid extra for steam to have my clothes come out wet and wrinkle? Something isn't right..I would never but this dryer again!!
I had similar results. The steam setting is pretty useless IMO
