What a strange movie. Totally and utterly filled to the brim with absurd 80s camp and cheese. Such an odd storyline to follow, but a must watch nonetheless.

Well, perhaps Shin Godzilla aside, that is. This movie was truly stunning. It was tense, thrilling, intense, and shocking, in all the best ways. It didn't tease for jump scares, it just created a sense of almost comfortable dread. I honestly screamed like a girl in the theater (no insult to women, I'm just a 21 year old man) and was on the edge of my seat the whole time. And I collect steelbook editions of my favorite movies, so naturally this had to join my collection. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a solid thriller.
I originally purchased this, simply because it was the coolest looking edition (in my opinion) of the movie available, but now I'm really glad, because my collection is uniform, as I recently got the whole saga in Steelbooks. As far as the movie itself goes, I personally found it to be a great addition to the series, with lots of nods to the originals, and it sticks to the "Star Wars Ring Theory" (look it up if you have the time, it's pretty cool), which basically means that each movie in each seperate Star Wars trilogy, corresponds to its parallel in the other trilogies.(Episode 1, 4, and 7 all have mirrored stories and themes) Not nearly as Disney-fied as I thought it would be.

This thing will definitely do the job! It's solid but light weight, and unlike some clear cases, it doesn't have a gross yellow, almost sun worn tinge to it, it is much clearer in that sense, although it isn't completely clear. It does have small, silver-y white lines, that give your 3DS a kind of carbon fiber look, so just know that.

I have been enjoying the Far Cry series since 3 came out, and each one takes the concept of an open, mapable world, and improves on it. This one excels because it makes minimal use of speech, and uses much more subtle communication to guide you through, and I mean, you get to be a cave man, so there's that.
I have always enjoyed Godzilla movies, no matter how campy they get, and this one is an underrated gem! It comes with the original Japanese audio (subtitles available) as well as the American dub, so you can watch it as an adult Godzilla fan who wants to see it in it's original form, or introduce it to a younger audience who may have a hard time with subtitles, but no matter what, it's a must have for any G-fan.
I went into Batman v Superman with low expectations, and I hit the mark with that one. While I found the movie marginally enjoyable, the theatrical edition is exceptionally confusing to anyone who isn't a comic book nerd, like I am. As far as I can tell the movie borrows inspirations from several different sources, including some of the most revered comics of all time, like "The Dark Knight Returns", which is arguably the main source, at least for the first two acts, as well as "The Death of Superman", which is arguably the main source for the final act. Other sources that I believe to have influences on the story are "Injustice" (a video game series turned comic books), "Flashpoint", and "Justice League: War" (an animated movie). And that's cool that it draws from the vast history of DC Comics, but it was so sloppily put together and so confusing that I'm only 75% sure I'm right. I had to explain the entire meaning of EVERYTHING to my friends and family, because it was so bad. With that in mind, the extended edition fills in the plot and explains a lot of holes, as well as giving the story, well, a story. It went from a 2 1/2 star movie to a 4 star movie, so if you want to watch the movie as intended, buy this version. Also, it includes cool extra bits hinting at a future plot revolving around the Mother Box, Darkseid, Parademons, and Steppenwolf, so all pretty cool.
