The first 2 guys that delivered the Samsung Flex-Wash, Samsung Flex-Dryer., Samsung over the range Microwave and the Samsung Range did an absolutely wonderful job! They were very friendly, explained to us how to use our new appliances and were very knowledgeable. Thank you!
The other two guys that delivered our Samsung Family Hub & Samsung Dish Washer hardly even spoke unless we spoke to them, were very hard on our appliances when unloading... even broke a wire from under our fridge and made some small dents in our fridge grrrr... BUT as stated before... Best Buy is coming through for us to fix these damages. We are happy with what they are doing! Thank you Best Buy!
