Transformers Prime is the best of the Transformers. The graphics are fantastic. The sound editing and voice acting are top notch. And it's dark enough for adults while not being too dark for most children.
My only complaint is that this is the series finale. It wasn't enough. 3 fantastic seasons and the they move on to a new more "family friendly" version, which means it will be cartoonish and dumbed down and my son (12) and I (49) will not have any interest.
Ah well, we sure did love the ride while it lasted. Transformers Prime was the smartest, best looking and most well voice acted of any of the Transformers (animated or movies).

I bought this model a little over a year ago. The magnetron is now going out. But, because I love this model I have decided to give it another chance and hope the previous one's lack of durability was a fluke.
It looks good. It heats evenly. And it has the key feature I want - the ability for the timer to function separately from the cooking count down. For example, I use the microwave timer to time the boiling of potatoes on the stove or something baking in the oven, but I can still heat veggies or whatever in the microwave. The microwave then gives me one set of beeps for then the timer goes off (such as after the potatoes have been boiling for 10 minutes or the meatloaf has been baking for 45 minutes) and then a 2nd set of beeps for when whatever is actually cooking in the microwave. Most microwaves used to have this capability. Now most do not. And this one does and it's an very important feature to me. Important enough to give it a 2nd chance, for sure.

The speaker built into the base gets plenty loud and clear to hear the verbal cues when driving. The sound from the device itself when not attached to the speaker is not nearly loud enough for most situations.
But, so long as you are using in your car and have it attached to the mount (with the built in speaker) that also functions as the charging station, you can hear the verbal cues nice and clearly even with the windows rolled down.
And, the voice activation is just fantastic. I don't think I'll ever even use the touch screen.
Definitely recommend this device.
PS. My only other "complaint" is that I wish it had a pedestrian aspect so I could carry into cities I don't know and walk around with it's assistance. But, the driving instructions part of it is terrific.

I'm 48, my son is 12, my parents are 70 (mom) and 74 (dad) and we all enjoyed this movie. Not sure why the critics didn't like it. It's funny and warm hearted and the story moves along at a nice pace. And the humor has a nice mix of slapstick yuks for the young ones and smarter humor for the adults (and the young ones who are savvy enough to get them). It's everything you could want in a good family animated movie. Highly recommend.
