Not Worth It

Bought this system and attempted to update the firmware via Windows, Mac, and Android tablet but nothing worked. Called the next morning and continued to call until some one answered because I was anxious to get the system setup. When you buy a $1200 system you expect it to work right? Needless to say the guy that finally answered the phone was very upset that I kept calling until someone answered. He counted up to 17 calls but I'm not sure if it was that many. I don't know if the product is any good or not and I won't know because it will be returned. The remote was by far the worst thing. I literally had to stand up and point it directly at the system for input. You figure for a $1200 system, It'll come with a half way decent remote. Even I I did like the system, I wouldn't keep it due to the rude and angry customer service. Moral of the story with this Company is don't call "17 times in 2 hours" which is obnoxious in their eyes or you will be punished!! If you have a problem, you better be patient and wait your turn or you will not get support. BUYER BEWARE
