One of the top films that deserves the Blue Ray treatment. Because this film has such a focus on cinematography, I wanted to see what it looked like on Blue Ray. It was quite an improvement; it made me appreciate the cinematography even more. However I am not sure how I feel about the 2 added scenes. Its cool we get to see new scenes but I hate when they "George Lucas" stuff like that. I feel its taking something people know and love and messing with it because they can. Thus -1 star.

What you can't get with a download

I'll admit one of the major reason I bought this album, besides being an awesome album, was the packaging. It is like the original vinyl sleeve with the spinning wheel cover. Its little things like that you can't get with a downloaded version. It is why it'll be a sad day when I cannot buy my music on a hard copy version with awesome album art.

Very much In the same vein as their last couple of albums; good solid hard rock album. Has classic Godsmack sound and with a couple of new melodic styles that are unique to this album. This album overall isn't really anything we haven't heard before but that isn't really a bad thing.

Hellyeah's fourth album, Blood For Blood, is better than their last two albums but still does not quite capture what the first album had to offer. It is probably their most brutal album; you'll know what I mean when you hear Say When. Where this album falls short (as well as their last two albums) is the lyrics. Though not as bad as some of the lyrics on their second album (Hell Of A Time, Pole Rider..) but Blood For Blood and DMF are still pretty bad. Overall it is pretty good and better than I expected. I would highly recommend it to any Hellyeah fan.
