Whats the difference between this and a SD card?

I am looking at this and i see that the price is too much for just 32GB. so i am asking what is the difference between this and a SD card. Is the Vita only compatible with official memory cards?
sd card and ps memory they different cuz sony made their own verison for only ps vita sd card are to big for it or other memory for the ps vita they want to have their own than buying from other company that why it different
