Love this movie, so I ordered it with a bunch of other movies. I was looking at the photos as well as the descriptions and this one (like most of the others that I ordered) has a picture that shows a product containing Blu-Ray + DVD + UltraViolet, but when I received the item from Best Buy in the mail, this was only Blu-Ray. Others I ordered that showed Blu-Ray + DVD + UltraViolet in the photo (but omitted DVD in the description) came with all formats as shown in the picture. This item did not. It took Best Buy forever to get back to me when I contacted them. They pretended they were going to fix it and print a return slip in order to exchange it for the proper item, but several days later contacted me again and told me no, they couldn't do anything for me, that I should return it at a store and buy something different. Overall I am not so upset about the item as I am about how Best Buy handled the situation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
