The device works well, but is a bit particular as to where to have the antennas located. Utilize the customer support. They are great people to work with and are interested in helping you out. Stay calm and you can have everything up and running and working perfectly. We had a black hole in a steel building... now we can make crisp & clear calls.

What is the return policy for the weBoost cell phone signal booster?

My understanding when I bought mine in the store, is that the store has a 14 day return policy, but if you call their customer support, they could help you with any issues and recommendations. They might be able to do something on their "warranty" program.
