I bought the washer and matching dryer.
We read the instructions and found that the washer was missing the bleach and fabric softener inserts for dispensing. called the salesman he said we didnt need it. we called samsung and said we do need it and is part of the washer. Samsung is working on the parts 30 days no parts yet. Never gad such a bad experience with best Buy like this before. I should of returned it and not been so nice.
