Loved Roku on this set, but the screen had 2 black shadow spots. Took it back to Best Buy to exchange it for the same model and they offered to open a 2nd box to check it before taking it. They brought another Sharp up and opened it and that one had a dark spot on the picture, too!! Decided to go with to a different brand. Super disappointed, the Roku really sold me!
